Combination Rolling Dies

Requirements within the fasteners industry are becoming increasingly sophisticated. A single fastener may need to contain different threads and profiles, knurls, grooves, beadings and curved domes. We see it as our job to combine what are often completely different machining steps into a single tool – just one stroke and the job is done! Using our combination rolling dies it is possible to combine up to five rolling operations into one. Because they are manufactured to total accuracy on the most up-to-date five-axis CNC machinery, individual segments can be separately interchanged for varying wear conditions.
