RSK GmbH was founded in 1992. In that year the company purchased a rolling machine for the CNC milling machines in order to test and optimise its rolling equipment.

Since moving to new business premises in 2003 and with a plant extension in 2008, the 40 employees at RSK now manufacture around 20,000 pairs of rolling dies every year.

We manufacture our rolling dies by milling and grinding them. 2016 we opend a new plant especially for grinding. When a die is worn, there‘s no need to throw it out. We will simply regrind it.

We provide our customers with complex technological solutions, supplied from a single source. It all takes place on our own premises – starting with the early design drafts, and continuing with our in-house engineering, the manufacturing and trialling processes, culminating with on-site supervision of series production.

Because we are constantly enhancing and improving our tools in close collaboration with our customers, we are able to achieve the highest possible standard of quality.
