Form Rolling Dies
Using our section rollers complex parts can be produced very cost-effectively. Flutes, grooves, domes, tips, as well as neck collar screws, all of which used to be very expensive to machine, can all now be rolled. This results in tremendous cost savings both in materials and in time. And that’s not all: with the aid of segmented tools several worksteps can be combined into one – for example in the case of rivetting mandrels. In many applications the uninterrupted fibre flow and material compaction considerably increases quality. The section rolling tools can machine any material that can be cold formed. Our rolling dies can also form parts made from copper, brass, aluminium and stainless steel. A host of further application options become available when calibrating pressed parts, as well as when form-rolling bayonet fittings and locking pins.
